The economy listing™ option can save you money and there will be no other ala carte fees or cost. If you would like to have full service but do not want any open houses or additional advertising beyond the MLS then this may be a great option!

 The economy listing™ requires 1% of the original listing price paid at the commencement of the listing agreement. We accept all major credit cards and you can pay the 1% right from our website under "seller's tools".

 This is a facilitator role, click here for a list of services provided:

 If the home owner originates a buyer during this listing agreement that is not represented by a broker or brokers agent, the total payout would be just 2%.

 For example * , if you're original listing price and sold price was $300,000, and you decided to advertise a 2.7% payout on the MLS to a cooperating Buyers Broker, then the commissions would be paid as follows:

$300,000 x 1% = $3,000 Paid to U.S. Home Source Realty Inc. at the commencement of the listing.
$300,000 x 1% = $3,000 Paid to U.S. Home Source Realty Inc. at closing
$300,000 x 2.7% = $8,100 Paid to a cooperating Buyers Broker or Selling Broker at closing.

At a sales price of $300,000:

Your Savings Compared To a 7.0 Listing = $6,900 - $15,000!

Your Savings Compared To a 6.0 Listing = $3,900 - $12,000!

1) Listing agent will assist you in determining a listing price for your home with a Comparative Market Analysis.
2) Listing your home on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) where any agent can view your listing.
3) Your home will be featured at www.ushomesource.com.
4) Your home would also be listed on all other major websites, (including Edina Realty, Coldwell Banker, Remax, Counselor Realty, and any broker reciprocity sites.
5) Listing agent will walk through your home and discuss Home Staging tips for successful showings.
6) Installation and removal of our professional for sale sign in your front yard, along with a brochure box.
7) A 24-hour Hot Line recording of pertinent information on your home. At the caller's option, they will be transferred from the hot line to the listing agents cell phone for further information, or to arrange a showing on your home.
8) Your showings will be handled professionally with SHOWING SOLUTIONS, which incorporates live operators, e-mail, and the Internet to offer the most complete and efficient appointment scheduling service in the industry.
9) Feedback on all showings will be automatically requested by SHOWING SOLUTIONS.
10) Installing a standard lock box or upon request installing of an electronic lock box (vs. non-electronic) that only licensed agents, appraisers, and home inspectors can use with your permission.
11) Flyers and any marketing agreed upon in your seller's facilitator agreement.
12) All necessary disclosure statements and purchase agreements.
13) Listing agent will assist in negotiations of a written offer.
14) Listing agent will assist in home inspection and appraisal appointments.
15) Listing agent will assist in arranging for closing.
16) Listing agent will attend your closing.
